As far as I know, many companies are currently exploring the use of wearable technologies to create better customer experiences or higher operating efficiencies.
What are the most important factors you have to take into consideration for wearables at the workplace? What are the challenges?
You need to have a clear strategy and commitment from leadership. Challenges are in the area of your company’s internal infrastructure not ready for it or the device not necessarily rugged enough for industrial applications.
