Imagine a camera that could take 360-degree photos and videos without holding it in your hand. A new camera called FITT360 will do just that, and all you have to do is wear it around your neck. It’s one of the first products from LinkFlow, a company that got its start inside Samsung’s C-Lab product incubator and has since been spun out into a standalone company.

FITT360 is the world’s first and only neckband camera. Designed to capture your vivid 360° world effortlessly, this hands-free device provides a whole new way to tell your story in 360° True First-Person-View.
Whether it is chasing after your kids, cycling with your friends, traveling or going on adventures, FITT360 makes it easy to capture the moments that matter.
The idea is to capture videos of the world around you in an unobtrusive way. The wearable neckband has 3 cameras: one near the front, one on the side and another near the rear, reports EndGadget.
Each camera is capable of capturing the world around you in 180-degrees. Once you press a button, it’ll start recording, allowing for a hands-free capture experience as well. And since it has WiFi, you can even use it to livestream.
As for getting the video off your headset, it can be downloaded as a large 360-degree image file or just a single image in full HD. The resolution of the captured video is 4K.
Also, the FITT360 is not just a camcorder; an embedded GPS lets you figure out what route you’ve hiked, and with the Bluetooth and the microphone you can use it as a headset.
The camera is IPX rated to be water resistant, so you don’t have to worry about taking pictures in the rain.

There’s one downside though. You can’t record much more than 90 minutes before the battery starts to give out. So, if you’re going to use this on the road, don’t use it on a long trip, according to the EndGadget report. The product is a bit pricey for a 360-degree camera, retailing at $600, but the early bird deal will let you buy it for $400.
